S. Gailius completed his master’s degree in percussion at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (LMTA) in 2012 and is a laureate of two international percussion competitions in Lithuania and Italy. As a soloist, he has performed with the Lithuanian and St. Christopher Chamber Orchestras, the Sinfonietta Rīga Chamber Orchestra, the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, and the LNSO. S. Gailius actively performs with the most renowned ensembles in our country and participates in festivals in Lithuania and abroad.
The percussionist is a member of one of the most famous Lithuanian percussion ensembles, Giunter Percussion, and the percussion duo TandemA.S.
