Soloist constantly attends the vocal master classes. Over the last five years he studied under the Professors: Andris Veismanis, Andis Petersons (Latvia), Barbro Marklund-Petersone (Sweden, Norway), Mona Julsrud (Norway), Buddug Verona-James, Derek Barnes, David Gowland, Laura Sarti (United Kingdom), Vladimiras Prudnikovas (Lithuania), Raminta Lampsatis (Germany, Lithuania), Steglitzer Tage für alte Musik 2013 (Berlin, Germany), Mark Tucker (United Kingdom, Germany), Alessandro Pagliazzi, Roberto Balconi (Italy), Károly Szilágyi, Volker Maria Rabe (Germany).
Soloist has a big performing experience of various musical epochs and genres. He constantly sings in various concerts and performances, TV shows. His repertoire is very diverse – from the Medieval to the Contemporary music. Mostly concentrates on the Baroque music performance (operatic, chamber and sacred music repertoire) and Musical.
Algirdas Bagdonavičius is performing with various Early and Contemporary Music ensembles, opera troupes and performers – he sung in the concerts around the Europe with such a renowned names as Le Poème Harmonique, Barokkanerne, Norwegian Cornett & Sackbuts, Musica Antiqua Salzburg, Andrew Lawrence-King, Maria Christina Kiehr, Justus Frantz, as well as with the Lithuanian early music ensembles Canto Fiorito, Affectus, Arcadia Consort, Chordos, Concertino luminoso, and most renowned Lithuanian orchestras – Lithuanian National Symphonic Orchestra, Lithuanian National Symphonic Orchestra, State Symphony Orchestra, St. Christopher’s Chamber Orchestra, Kaunas City Symphonic Orchestra, etc.
