Saxophonist Tomas Botyrius is best known as a big band soloist. He has been playing music in the Kaunas Big Band for more than 15 years, as well as leading it. The musician has also prepared original jazz programs, participated in the projects of many Lithuanian jazz masters, appeared at all the country’s jazz festivals, toured in many European countries. He also collaborates with pop and academic music performers, creates projects with theaters.
