Viačeslav Krasnopiorov
Percussionist Viačeslav Krasnopiorov is a teacher at the S. Šimkus Conservatoire, the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, and a member of the Klaipėda Jazz Orchestra, the I4 Combo, the Klaipėda Dixieland, and other collectives. V. Krasnopiorov has played with a number of the most famous Lithuanian jazz musicians, has trained a number of winners of international competitions and has participated in many Lithuanian and foreign jazz festivals. The percussionist has a distinctive, musical playing style, as well as an open musical approach ranging from big band to free impro aesthetics.
